Staircase Stained Glass Door

This stained glass door was created for the staircase of a historic private residence. The design goal was to preserve the atmosphere of the 19th-century interior and architectural setting. The panel composition features a vertical framework with vine motifs climbing upward, culminating in a cluster of leaves at the top. Warm amber and gold tones are accented with reds, greens, and blues, harmonizing with the surrounding woodwork and period details. The piece blends restoration sensibilities with new fabrication, integrating seamlessly into its historic environment.
